Extension of vacation
If the client wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay in Ameris apartments and studios, the responsible administrator of Ameris cannot guarantee that he will continue to stay in the same room.
If the client wishes to extend his vacation, before his arrival to Ameris apartments and studios, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrator of Ameris.
Changes
In order to change the dates of his stay, the client must communicate in time with the responsible administrator of Ameris.
In case the client wishes to shorten the duration of his stay, then it will be in effect the retaining of the 50% of sum of the rest of days from the responsible administrator of Ameris provided that his briefing becomes afterwards his arrival in the hotel. In any other case, client must communicate inside 15 days before his arrival with the responsible administrator of Ameris.
Cancellation of reservation
If the client wishes to cancels his reservation, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrator of Ameris.
The client maintains the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following sanctions:
Cost of cancellation of reservation
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
- 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 30% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
- Not appearance in the lodging the determined day of arrival until the 23:00, is debited the 100% of total sum of agreed period.
- Departure before the agreed date is debited the 50% of sum of the rest of days
According to the article 8 of law 1652/ 1986 of Tourist and Hotel Legislation
